Lyndsey in 2000
I was in 2nd grade and 9 years old. I had two cats, Deuce (her face was half gray and half orange), and Tigger. I had my very first boyfriend, and my mom was trying to force me to like soccer. Spoiler: it didn’t last past 1 season. I attended my very first concert: N*SYNC. Some of my other favorites of the time:
🎬 Top Film: TOO MANY TO PICK! Where the Heart Is, Coyote Ugly, Bring It On, Miss Congeniality, Center Stage, Erin Brockovitch – they’re all winners!
🎶 Top Song: Again, so many! “Meet Virginia” by Train is probably my top from that year!
📖 Fav Book: My love for Harry Potter didn’t come until I was later, so my fav read from 2000 was Because of Winn Dixie. My teacher read 1 chapter to the class every day after lunch, and it was my favorite part of the day!
